At ACCB, we always work in complete compliance with all state and federal laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. All of our collectors are trained and tested as to their knowledge of these laws. In addition, the collectors' telephone calls are randomly monitored to determine that all policies, procedures, techniques and laws are being followed.
